Teen Programs


Erie County Teen Grief Group - A monthly support group for high school students in Erie County who have experienced loss/death. Each month students will be able to participate in general discussions by sharing or just listening in this casual and safe environment. Refreshments will be served. Please register in advance by calling 332-5900.

Kids Kitchen Club

Kids Kitchen Club (formerly known as Noogieland) will now be meeting weekly!

The kids will be preparing (and eating) a meal in addition to the other fun things we will be doing (Hip Hop Yoga, Tae Kwon Do, arts and crafts, and who knows what else!).

The group corresponds with the Wednesday Warriors Group and the Caregivers Support Group and other adult programming. We would love to hear any suggestions you may have to make this group a great success. Please register 24 hours in advance by calling 332-5900.

A support group for children, teens and their caregivers after the death of a loved one. This 6-week program meets Monday evenings from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at Life Transitions Center City Campus located at 1140 Delaware Ave., Buffalo. Total cost is $99 (includes 6 week session for one adult and one child). There is an additional $25 fee for each additional child, and $15 for each caregiver. Camp Blue Skies
is a 5 day camp  experience that offers a variety of interventions with grief counselors to help kids make sense of their feelings about the death of a loved one.
